Katherine

Katherine recently completed her medical degree at the University of Sydney and has begun work as a Junior Doctor. She is actively involved in extra-curricular research in the area of Radiation Oncology.

Prior to studying medicine, she worked in Melbourne at a national corporate law firm as a lawyer. Before then, she completed a double degree in Law (with Honours) and Science (majoring in Physiology and Biochemistry). She was awarded the Dean's Commendation for Science and also completed the prestigious Moot Court subject for Law. She believes her educational background in the humanities helped her achieve the competitive score of 86 (99th percentile) on Section II of the GAMSAT.

Katherine's prior tutoring and mentoring experiences include being a private tutor for Section II of the GAMSAT and for MMI techniques. She was also a law tutor with ITAS (Indigenous Tutorial Assistance Scheme) at the University of Technology Sydney.

In her spare time, Katherine enjoys playing a friendly match or two of squash and is attempting to deep-dive into the world of road cycling.
